We offer a 30 day risk free trial of the Sole Mate. This means you have 30 days after receiving your chair to test it out. If you don't love your Sole Mate for any reason you can request a return and be refunded. We will cover the cost of return shipping. Returned chairs must be in "as new" condition and returned with original packaging and parts. If you have any further questions regarding our return policy please email support@chillchair.com. 

Regardless of order size or value, all shipping within the USA is 100% free. Delivery takes 3-7 business days once shipped from our warehouse in California.

All moving parts and materials are warranted for twelve months. During this time, chill chair™ will provide replacement parts for any damage that is due to defect in material or workmanship. For the first twelve months, chill chair™ will bear the entire cost of replacement parts and shipping. 

All non-moving metal components of the chair are also warranted for twelve months.

The customer must provide appropriate pictures of their damaged product if requested.

A defect in material or workmanship does not include damage to a product, or failure of a product to operate or perform properly or to maintain appearance, caused by (1) misuse or abuse of the product; (2) improper assembly or assembly that was not as recommended by the written assembly instructions; (3) normal wear and tear; (4) a natural disaster or an Act of God; (5) an unauthorized modification made without the express written consent of chill chair™; (6) improper storage; (7) the natural aging of materials such as wood, leather, and fabric which results in colors shifting during use; (8) crocking or reverse crocking of dyes from clothing on our seating materials. Products damaged in these ways will not be considered defective and will therefore not be repaired, replaced, or refunded.

We shall not have tort liability with respect to a product, and we shall not be liable for any consequential, economic, indirect, special, punitive, or incidental damages arising from a product defect.

Will it fit my feet?

Yes, the Sole Mate is made for all feet, big and small. It is designed to adjust to your feet automatically. 

Is it safe to use?

Yes, the Sole Mate is safe for your feet. If the massage intensity is too strong and causing you discomfort, simply select a lower intensity. 

How hot is the heat setting?

The infrared heat is very subtle and gentle so as not to burn your feet. The heat is designed to complement and enhance the effects of massage.

What are the massage types?

The Sole Mate employs three different types of massage:

1) Deep kneading massage

Deep-tissue massage rollers relieve tense muscles in your soles and heels to revive your tired feet.

2) Tapping massage

The tapping massage uses many small knobs that target your feets' pressure points for instant relief and relaxation. 

3) Air-compression massage

The sole mate is designed with full-coverage inflatable airbags that provide therapeutic compression. 

What is the leather material used?

The Sole Mate is made with premium vegan leather. We hand-stitch the outer cover for quality and durability. It is not only a great foot massager but a beautiful piece of furniture.
