Please follow the below steps to return your chill chair.
1. To be eligible, the chair must be in 'as-new' condition and be free from damages and modifications, including but not limited to scratches, stains, drilling, wear and tear, misuse or any results of the failure to take reasonable care of the product
2. Disassemble the chair and place it in the original packaging. If the original packaging has been discarded, please use protective packaging to avoid shipping damages. Any returns that are not in the 'as-new' condition described will be rejected for refund.
3. Put all bolts, screws and plugs in a plastic zip lock bag and place it inside the packaging.
4. Please take a photo of the chair in its packaging and send it back to us before shipping.
5.We will send you a shipping label and FedEx will pick it up from your address. Do not ship it to us until we provide you with this label.
6. Once we have received confirmation of the chair being received at our warehouse, we will assess the condition of the returns and process the refund if they meet our refund policy criteria.
