We offer a 30 day risk free trial of the Chill Chair. This means you have 30 days after receiving your chair to test it out. If you don't love your Chill Chair for any reason you can request a return and be refunded. We will cover the cost of return shipping. Returned chairs must be in "as new" condition and returned with original packaging and parts. If you have any further questions regarding our return policy please email support@chillchair.com.
If an order is cancelled mid-shipment the customer will have to incur the cost of return shipping. Only one free return label will be generated for returns. If a customer fails to use this return label they will have to incur the cost of return shipping.
Regardless of order size, shipping is 100% free in the USA, UK and Australia. We do charge shipping for certain states and territories that charge expensive long haul delivery. Delivery takes 1-5 business days, depending on your location. We ship from warehouses in Los Angeles, Melbourne and Warrick.
All moving parts and materials are warranted for twelve months. During this time, chill chair™ will provide replacement parts for any damage that is due to defect in material or workmanship. For the first twelve months, chill chair™ will bear the entire cost of replacement parts and shipping.
All non-moving metal components of the chair are also warranted for twelve months.
The customer must provide appropriate pictures of their damaged product if requested.
A defect in material or workmanship does not include damage to a product, or failure of a product to operate or perform properly or to maintain appearance, caused by (1) misuse or abuse of the product; (2) improper assembly or assembly that was not as recommended by the written assembly instructions; (3) normal wear and tear; (4) a natural disaster or an Act of God; (5) an unauthorized modification made without the express written consent of chill chair™; (6) improper storage; (7) the natural aging of materials such as wood, leather, and fabric which results in colors shifting during use; (8) crocking or reverse crocking of dyes from clothing on our seating materials. Products damaged in these ways will not be considered defective and will therefore not be repaired, replaced, or refunded.
We shall not have tort liability with respect to a product, and we shall not be liable for any consequential, economic, indirect, special, punitive, or incidental damages arising from a product defect.
Is the Chill Chair easy to assemble?
Yes. The Chill Chair takes 5 minutes to assemble and no tools are required. We provide detailed instructions with the Chill Chair to ensure the process is simple as possbile. If you have any questions regarding assembly please reach out to support@chillchair.com and we will assist you within 24 hours.
What is the maximum carrying capacity?
295 pounds (133kg) is the maximum carrying capacity of the Chill Chair.
Am I too tall/short for the Chill Chair?
The Chill Chair will comfortably sit anyone from 5" to 6'6". If you are outside this range, we suggest shopping for a chair that better fits your build.
Are you able to feel the massage rollers while sitting?
No, the Chill Chair has smart roller technology to avoid this issue. On the control panel you can choose one of ten positons to set the rollers when not in use. This means no matter your height or build you will never feel the rollers while sitting.
What are the pre-programmed massage modes?
The Chill Chair comes with eight pre-programmed massage modes.

You can also manually move the rollers to target any point of tension you desire.
Can I use the Chill Chair while charging?
Do not use the Chill Chair while charging as this will damage the battery.
How do I power the Chill Chair?
Follow these three steps to ensure the Chill Chair is ready to operate. Firstly, make sure the wires at the base of the chair are connected. Second, make sure the Chill Chair is fully charged. Can you adjust the armrests?
The armrests on the Chill Chair can be adjusted horizontally but are in a fixed vertical position.
